JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Tomorrow, many of the Service Center employees at Brightway Insurance headquarters in Jacksonville will receive additional compensation in their bank accounts for their role in providing world-class service to the company’s 290,000 customers. Brightway will pay out performance bonuses to its Service Center employees, and a record high 84% will collect payment.

“Three years ago, we launched a unique incentive program for our Service employees that rewards them for meeting quality performance and attendance goals,” said Brightway Senior Director of Human Resources, Linda Hill. “We’re thrilled to see so many of our team members achieve their goals and earn a bonus for their hard work and dedication to our customers and our agents.”

Brightway’s Short-Term Incentive program for Service Center employees pays out twice each year. Bonuses start at $500, and grow up to $1,000 awarded twice yearly, when they achieve their goals in consecutive periods. A third of all who are receiving payment tomorrow are consecutive earners, which means they will receive an amount between $625 and $1,000.

In addition to the bonus program, Brightway employees enjoy comprehensive paid training, competitive salary, paid time off and benefits, including Medical, Dental, Life and Disability insurance and a 401(k) plan with market-leading 4% match.
