JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for May 2021, Lydia Register!

Register is a Team Lead in Brightway’s Customer Service Center. In this role, she leads the Processing team, which handles outbound calls and emails to customers. Register has been with the company more than five years.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Register, Brightway Service Operations Manager, Bri Barron, said: “I wanted to share how impressed I am with Lydia Register’s knowledge, professionalism and ability to efficiently resolve issues I have brought to her attention. I am very proud and confident in Lydia’s skills and abilities not only to resolve issues, but also to positively influence and impact her peers, and our insureds.
“She definitely represents our Brightway brand in a very positive way, and I know she is a valuable asset not only for Home Office, but also for Agency Owners. Lydia is without a doubt a super star in my book!”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program a year ago to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
