JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for February 2021, Edward Agama!

Agama is a Salesforce Administrator at Brightway. In this role, he helps the company and its employees leverage the technology to create better workflow and processes and to realize efficiencies.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Agama, Brightway’s Chief Technology Officer, Bob Hitchcock, said, “Edward is always super helpful – anytime there’s an issue, he can be depended on and he often immediately offers his time to help. Not only does Edward walk through the issue, but also he takes the time to make sure everyone understands why it happened (which is a huge help when pulling and updating the Salesforce reports we all depend on). “In addition to being helpful, he’s always such a pleasure to speak with and to work with! His positive energy is infectious, and he brings a can-do attitude to all projects.”

Other leaders also commended Edward on the awesome contributions he and the Salesforce Team have made on major projects for Brightway.

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program a year ago to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.
