Brightway names Raymond Madamba Employee of the Month for March 2021

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for March 2021, Raymond Madamba!

Madamba is a Personal Lines Renewal Specialist at Brightway. In this role, he assists customers with renewing their insurance policies.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Madamba, Brightway’s Renewal Team Lead, Tori Innes, said, “I am proud of Ray’s growth over the last quarter and particularly the last month. He has stepped up to help with our walk-in customers at Home Office, helped extend IPFS quoting capacity, and recently signed up for his 20-44 licensing course.

“He assists others on the team when they need help, and he is team player assisting with phone calls, emails and processing work as the business needs.”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program a year ago to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
