How long have you worked at Brightway?
One year and seven months.

What is your favorite part of your job?
I enjoy solving problems for our customers. It’s always wonderful to provide good news.

What advice do you have for other employees?
When you have an upset customer, do your best to let them know you care about their issue and that you empathize because that can often change the entire tone of the conversation.

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
I am a collector and have a variety of collectibles ranging from books to miniatures.

If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
A successful investor from the future so they could give me great stock tips!

What is the one thing you can’t live without?
Other than my family – Diet Coke.
