Brightway names Paul Carter Employee of the Month for June 2021

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for June 2021, Paul Carter!

Carter is an IT Support Analyst at Brightway, and in this role he provides technical support to agents and employees. Carter has been with the company eight months.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Carter, Brightway IT Operations Manager, Jamie Duguid, said: “Late last year we were planning a major transition for Brightway, moving all networking and help desk support for both the Home Office and the Agent offices internally to be fully supported by Brightway employees. My first hire was the initial building block for a team that has been built from scratch and risen to the monumental challenge they were handed.

“As the veteran on our support team, with almost nine months of experience, he consistently looks for opportunities to share his knowledge and improve internal processes. Operations Support often means working odd hours in order to minimize disruption to the daily workflow for the rest of the Brightway team, and he readily accepts these responsibilities. I can think of nobody more deserving than Paul Carter to be a Brightway Employee of the Month.”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program a year ago to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
