JACKSONVILLE, FLA. (Dec. 7, 2020) – As Brightway Insurance employees continue to work remotely, leaders within the organization continue to recognize excellent work through Brightway’s employee recognition programs.
Since March, the company has continued its tradition of recognizing Employees of the Month remotely by hosting virtual celebrations to recognize honorees, keeping employees together while they work far apart. In June, Brightway held its first-ever virtual Employee of the Quarter celebration, a distinction honoring six employees who exemplify Brightway’s Core Values of being Smart, Accountable and Trustworthy. During these celebrations, Brightway’s Leadership team and Supervisors of the honorees share remarks recognizing the “above and beyond” work of the Employees of the Quarter in addition to participating in a virtual “cash cannon.”
Third quarter winners were recognized Nov. 30, and a recording of the celebration featuring a digital balloon drop and confetti canon was shared with all employees. Employees were then invited to share congratulatory remarks for the winners. The winners also received $500 Visa gift cards.
