Brightway celebrates Customer Service Week 2021

Each year, Brightway celebrates Customer Service Week during the first week of October. As a time-honored tradition at Brightway, even as we work apart, we’re celebrating this week together, and this year’s theme is The Power of Service.

This year, thanks to our team, we’ve reached three new milestones:

  • Surpassing $800 million in annualized written premium
  • Opening our 300th Brightway location, and
  • Reaching 13 years in business

Each employee has played an integral role in that success, and the work our people do every day pushes us to new heights and helps Brightway reach its potential.

Brightway President and CEO, Michael Miller, and Chief of Staff, Leslie Wright, shared a special video message with employees to say "thank you" and to kick off the special week.

As a thank you, in addition to our week-long virtual celebration, Brightway celebrated by sending a gift card to all employees. Employees also celebrated with dress-up days, games and prizes.


Crazy hat day was one of the fun-spirited dress-up days during Customer Service Week 2021.
