Brightway names Joy Pugh Employee of the Month for July 2021

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for July 2021, Joy Pugh!

Pugh is the Assistant Operations Manager. In this role, she works closely with Brightway’s business partners to ensure augmented staff fully integrate with the Customer Service Center. Pugh has been with the company nearly 11 years.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Pugh, Brightway Operations Manager, Bri Barron, said: “Joy has done a phenomenal job with our outsourcers, bringing them on and getting them up to speed. She really takes ownership of everything that comes across her desk.”

“Joy, you do a great job every single day, and we’re very thankful for you,” she added.

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in 2020 to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two to three employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
