Brightway names Nick Spendley Employee of the Month for July 2021

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for July 2021, Nick Spendley!

Spendley is the Agency Development Manager. In this role, he leads the company’s teams that onboard and train new agencies and that provide help desk and sales support to the more than 300 agencies in the Brightway system. Spendley has been with the company 10 years.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Spendley, Brightway’s Chief of Staff, Leslie Wright, said: “The definition of Smart is we are resourceful, accurate and efficient. When I think about all of the things I have thrown Nick’s way, he takes them all with a big smile and a can-do attitude and figures them out.

“Thank you, Nick. I appreciate every single thing you do.”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in 2020 to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two to three employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
