JACKSONVILLE, FLA. – President and CEO of Brightway Insurance Michael Miller was recently the featured guest on Business Radio X Network’s podcast Franchise Marketing Radio. During the interview, Miller discussed how Brightway got its start and how it has transitioned to be the leader in insurance retailing today.

During the podcast Miller shared, “Our goal was that if anyone wanted to be a business owner of any kind, they should want to be a Brightway franchisee because [the ROI] that’s possible is the highest, and the risk to achieving it is the lowest.”
Brightway started as an idea between Miller and his brother David, who had experience in the insurance industry. With Michael’s background in sales and technology, the two wanted to change the way people interacted with insurance and empower franchisees to reach their full potential through Brightway Agency ownership.
More important than having experience in insurance, Brightway focuses on finding the right business partner.
“More than half of our franchisees have no insurance experience,” said Miller, during the interview. “Our highest producing agents and our highest grossing franchisees, the majority had no insurance experience before coming on.”
