LUBBOCK, TEXAS — Residents in and around Lubbock now can experience a better way to buy insurance for their homes, vehicles and much more. Business woman and now Brightway Agency Owner, Paula Cator, has opened the doors to Brightway, The Linch Agency.
“We’re ecstatic to be able to offer our community more choice for their insurance needs and their budget as the first Brightway Agency in the Lubbock market, and we look forward to serving our friends and neighbors,” said Cator.
Cator brings to Brightway more than 15 years of leadership experience, having acted as the Director of Project Engineering at Flat Wireless and as Senior Manager of Network Optimization at NTS Communications. She earned an associate degree in business from Clarendon College in Clarendon, Texas, and she later graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Arts for communication studies. In addition to her leadership experience, Cator is heavily involved in the local community as a CrossFit Coach and a certified Olympic Weightlifting Coach. When she’s not in the office or the gym, Cator enjoys spending time with her husband of 10 years, Durward, and her daughter.
Joining Cator at the new insurance agency is Juan Munguia, who brings to Brightway a diverse professional background including a wide array of experience within the insurance industry, working with both Commercial and Personal Lines clients. Munguia graduated from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Spanish. When he is not at work, Munguia likes to spend quality time with his family and his fiancée, attend Texas country music festivals, work out and play with his bulldog. Munguia’s goal at Brightway is to sell policies to fit individual client needs with an emphasis on long-term relationship building by helping customers understand their coverages, provide information on claims and explain different features of insurance plans.
“Brightway’s presence in the Lone Star State is constantly growing, and we’re thrilled to have Paula Cator and her team as part of that growth,” said Brightway President Talman Howard. “Their combination of leadership and customer satisfaction expertise is bound to positively impact their Agency and the Lubbock community at large. They will have hundreds of insurance professionals at the ready to help them provide the best experience possible to their customers.”
Brightway Agency Owners enjoy comprehensive business support including customer service, carrier relationships, marketing, accounting and technology. As a result of their focus on growing new business, Brightway agencies consistently outsell other insurance agencies two-to-one.*
